Angelique S. C. Grant, Senior Consultant and Certified Diversity Recruiter, has worked in the field of advancement for over 22 years, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President for Development at Florida International University in Miami, where she oversaw the fundraising efforts for eight Colleges and museums during the university’s $750 million campaign. Previously, she served as the College of Medicine’s Assistant Vice President of Development and Assistant Dean of Medical Advancement at FIU.
She has also held fundraising positions at the University of Miami, Princeton University, and Washington State University and was a communications instructor at WSU and an adjunct faculty member at UM. She has expertise in medical development fundraising, building teams, and strategic development.
She was a Fulbright Scholar and holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, specializing in Institutional Advancement; an M.A. in Communication from Washington State University; and a B.S. in Journalism from Florida A&M University.
