Millie Taylor, Senior Associate, brings over 25 years of experience in search and full-cycle recruitment to her position with Aspen Leadership Group. Her career spans internal talent leadership, retained search, and consulting engagements, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how to build effective, inclusive, and mission-aligned recruitment strategies. She brings deep expertise across nonprofit institutions, philanthropic foundations, and museums, with a track record of delivering high-caliber talent in complex and niche markets, both as a consultant and working in-house for nonprofit organizations. Her background also includes work in the healthcare and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Aspen Leadership Group, Millie most recently served as the Recruiting Specialist at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, where she led institution-wide hiring initiatives and advised leadership on workforce planning, employer branding, and equitable recruitment practices. She has also provided Senior Recruitment consultation to San Francisco Bay Area social justice and equity-driven organizations, partnering with leaders to deliver inclusive, high-impact searches and recruitment.
Previous roles include executive search and retained search focused on People Operations, and founding M. Brook Associates, a boutique recruiting consultancy serving clients across healthcare, finance, technology, and the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, Millie has built a reputation for building partnerships with her candidates and clients and an unwavering commitment to long-term organizational alignment.

Outside of her professional work, Millie enjoys time with her husband, two young adult daughters, and two chocolate labs.
