Tamara Rogers joined Aspen Leadership Group as an Associate in 2019, where she currently consults with fundraising leaders on strategic thought partnership. She brings a wealth of experience to ALG, previously serving as Vice President for Alumni Affairs and Development at Harvard University from 2007-2018. Before her appointment as Vice President, she served as the Associate Dean for Advancement and Planning at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, Associate Director of University Development, Director of Major Gifts for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and Director of International Admissions in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, all at Harvard, and also as search consultant at Heidrick and Struggles. She is past president of the Phillips Academy (Andover, MA) Alumni Council and past president of the Abbot Academy Association. She has also served on the American Selection Committee of the United World Colleges. In spring 2014, she was appointed a Charter Trustee of the Board of Phillips Academy.
