Felicia Elder leads all of Aspen Leadership Group’s stewardship activities as part of the operations team. She maintains enduring relationships with members of the ALG Community, including clients, placed candidates, and emerging talent, and she supports conferences, operations, and internal communications for ALG.

Felicia has worked in the non-profit sector for over 23 years, most recently in higher education as the Associate Director for Presidential Advancement & Principal Gifts at the University of Rochester. Her primary career focus has been in the arts, starting as projects director with Chorus America, the national association for professional and volunteer choruses, and followed by 16 years with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. While at the symphony, she served for 12 years as manager of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus and 4 years as the executive assistant to the President and CEO supporting the President’s activity and engagement with the orchestra’s board members and top donors.
