Aspen Leadership Group (ALG) is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Forbes as one of America’s Best Recruiting Firms for 2022. This is the fourth consecutive year that ALG has been recognized by Forbes as one of the top 200 executive search firms that specialize in filling senior leadership roles, having made the list in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

To determine the list, Statista surveyed 31,000 recruiters and 6,900 job candidates and human resources managers who had worked with recruitment agencies. Approximately 22,400 nominations were collected, and firms with the most recommendations ranked highest.

“As Aspen Leadership Group continues to grow as a firm while retaining our focus on careers in philanthropy, we maintain a dedication to infusing our core value statement “Relationships Matter” in every step of the search process and well after a placement is made,” said Ron Schiller, Founding Partner and Senior Consultant. “To know that our partners appreciate our ability to cultivate mutually beneficial experiences is rewarding validation for our work, and for the exciting future ALG aspires to create for all those building careers in philanthropy.”

ALG’s services in executive search and strategic consulting for leaders focus on building diverse, inclusive teams and cultures that enable nonprofit organizations to engage all of their potential donors and volunteers and to drive unprecedented results. As a firm, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in our own company and in partnership with our clients and the candidates, and we take an inclusive approach to executive search.
