Aspen Leadership Group (ALG) is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Forbes as one of America’s Best Recruiting Firms for 2020. This is the second consecutive year that ALG has been recognized by Forbes as one of the top 200 executive search firms specialized in filling senior leadership roles, having made the list in 2019.

To determine the list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 25,000 recruiters and 5,000 job candidates and human resources managers who had worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. Respondents were asked to nominate up to 10 recruiting firms in the executive and professional search categories and firms with the most recommendations ranked highest.

“Aspen Leadership Group’s core value statement is ‘Relationships Matter,’ and every member of our team works to ensure that we create a mutually beneficial experience for our clients and candidates, every step of the way,” said Ron Schiller, Founding Partner and Senior Consultant. “We strive to go beyond traditional recruiting services to create a more holistic partnership with clients and candidates, serving as mentors and coaches to help nonprofit leaders navigate their careers, build their teams, and shape their cultures of philanthropy. To know that our partners appreciate our approach and what we deliver is tremendous validation for our work and our desire to elevate our sector’s critical contributions to society.”
